History and Establishment
The institution began as the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology in Hyderabad around 1994, initially focused on gastrointestinal care and therapeutics. Over time the centre expanded into full hospital services and in 2025 inaugurated a large state-of-the-art multi-specialty facility in Gachibowli with advanced diagnostics, hybrid cath labs, transplants and other centres of excellence.
